DYEnamic ET Terminator Mobility Files for the ABI DNA sequencing instruments

This disk contains computer files that are required for using DYEnamicTM ET Terminator sequencing kits with the ABITM 377, ABI 310, ABI 3700 and ABI 3100 DNA sequencing instruments. The following mobility correction files are included:

Installing the Mobility Files

The mobility files should be copied from the disk to the folder, Perkin-Elmer\Abi\Shared\Analysis\Basecaller\Mobility, prior to launching the analysis program. For researchers with newer version instruments, the folder path should be: 
appliedbio\Shared\Analysis\Basecaller\Mobility.

Note: Amersham Biosciences observes that both of the ABI 3100 mobility files for POP-6 work well for the 36 cm and 50 cm capillaries when used with the latest version of the sequence analysis software.
