CyDye DIGE fluor labeling reagents
This step is needed when performing DIGE applications
For DIGE work pH the buffer using Tris (minimal pH8.5, saturation 8). For saturation labeling use TCEP as the reductant. Triton is not recomended for DIGE work. Always use Urea and Thiorea in combination for DIGE applications.
