buy CyDye DIGE Fluor, Minimal Dye buy CyDye DIGE Fluor for Scarce Samples buy CyDye DIGE Fluor for Scarce Samples and Preparative Gels
For DIGE work pH the buffer using Tris (minimal pH8.5, saturation 8). For saturation labeling use TCEP as the reductant. Triton is not recomended for DIGE work. Always use Urea and Thiorea in combination for DIGE applications.
