The new IPGbox improves the overall quality of 2-D electrophoresis by providing better reproducibility and reliability for Immobiline™ DryStrip Gels strip rehydration.
IPGbox is designed for convenient, oil-free rehydration of precast Immobiline™ DryStrip Gels (IPG strips). The rehydration solution is well distributed in the wells due to the high hydrophobicity of the Reswell Trays, and the IPGbox Insert in the lid minimizes evaporation. The airtight insert protects the IPG strips from dust and other contaminants, and prevents the strips from drying out.
IPGbox is supplied with a complete set of accessories to rehydrate ten sets of twelve IPG strips each. The IPGbox Kit contains ten disposable Reswell Trays and one disposable IPGbox Insert.
