License Statement for Activated Slides
The product is sold under license from:
Surmodics Inc under one or more of U.S. Pat. Nos. 5,741,551 and 5, 512,329
Oxford Gene Technology Limited under patents EP 0373203, US 5700637, US6054270, JP3393528 and JP3386391. The purchaser of this slide is licensed to make an array of oligonucleotides by attaching oligonucleotides. The purchaser is not licensed to make an array of oligonucleotides by In-Situ Synthesis. The purchaser is licensed to use the nucleic acid array made using the slide for its own internal research purposes only, save that the purchaser may transfer the nucleic acid array to bona fide collaborators where such transfer is not for monetary consideration. The purchaser may not transfer data derived from the use of the nucleic acid array to third parties for value, and may not sell the nucleic acid array. The purchaser may not use the nucleic acid array for the identification of antisense reagents or the empirical design of probes or sets of probes for using or making nucleic acid arrays. |
